SME Loan Scheme (Home Energy Scotland for Business)
Interest-free loans up to £100,000
Home Energy Scotland for Business provides interest-free loans to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) invest in energy efficiency and renewable energy measures. Repayments are structured to align with the energy savings generated.

Who qualifies
SMEs based in Scotland with fewer than 250 employees and an annual turnover under £44 million. Premises must be in Scotland.
Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (NDRHI)
Quarterly payments for renewable heat generation
The Non-Domestic RHI pays businesses, public sector bodies, and non-profit organisations for every unit of renewable heat generated over a 20-year period. It provides a long-term income stream that significantly improves the return on investment for heat pump and biomass installations.

Who qualifies
Businesses, public sector organisations, and non-profits in Great Britain. Systems must be MCS-certified and meet minimum efficiency standards. New applications are subject to current scheme availability.
ECO4 Flex (Commercial Landlords)
Fully-funded upgrades for eligible rental properties
Commercial and residential landlords can access ECO4 funding to upgrade the energy efficiency of their rental properties at no cost. Greenskye Energy are approved ECO4 installers and can manage referrals and installations across your portfolio.

Who qualifies
Private landlords whose tenants receive qualifying means-tested benefits, or properties referred via local authority flex criteria. Tenant consent required.
OZEV Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS)
Up to £350 per EV charge point socket
The Workplace Charging Scheme provides a grant contribution towards the cost of purchasing and installing EV charge points at business premises. It covers up to 40 sockets per applicant, making it ideal for businesses building out a fleet charging infrastructure.

UK-registered businesses, charities, and public sector organisations. Applicants must have dedicated off-street parking. Charge points must be OZEV-approved models installed by an OZEV-authorised installer.
